Founders Associate
About the role
Help Vessla’s founders build and run the business behind our property-operations platform.
You’ll work across business and operational projects to solve concrete problems and help the team grow.
What you’ll do
Research markets and customer needs to support business decisions.
Coordinate projects across sales, hiring, and day-to-day operations.
Work with the founders and teammates to take projects from idea through delivery.
You might be a fit if
You have experience with business, research, or operational projects through work or study.
You communicate clearly and can bring structure to a range of moving parts.
You enjoy learning, solving practical problems, and taking work through to completion.
